STEP 1: LISTEN TO THE PODCAST

LOVE IT OR LIST IT

When it comes to making changes we most often think we have just two options; keep it or lose it or as the popular HGTV program says, “Love it or List It”

STEP 2: TAKE THE ASSESSMENT

STEP 3: RE(SOURCE) YOUR HEALTH

Love It, Leave It, or Lease It

All three option can be described in the following way:

  • Love It: Continue because it is working.

-When we love something we invest in it.

-When we love something it gives us new life as we give it new life.

-When we love something it makes us alive and causes new life or resurrection.

Lease It: Maintain while observing what is or isn’t working.

-When we lease something we rent it for a while.

-When we lease something we use it for a period of time before we either love it or lose it.

-When we lease something we are allowing time and space to see if it gives us life or death

Leave It: Stop because it isn’t working.

-When we leave something we divest.

-When we leave something it is because it feels stifling or drains life.

-When we leave something it causes death and needs crucifixion.

Transitions are like breathing. There is a pause between each inhale and exhale. The pause is just as important as the taking in of oxygen or the putting out of carbon monoxide.
