- The Enneagram has been around for hundreds of years as a verbal tradition.

  • Greek root word: ennea = 9 gram = gramous (figure)

- This helps understand attributes that we move into gifts or growth. There is no stagnant life. We are always in motion towards connection or disconnection.

- Enneagram Types:

  1. Reformer

  2. Helper

  3. Achiever

  4. Individualist

  5. Investigator

  6. Loyalist

  7. Enthusiast

  8. Challenger

  9. Peacemaker

- 3 Triad Categories of Intelligence:

  • Body & Instinctual Types = 8, 9, 1

  • Heart & Feeling Types = 2, 3, 4

  • Head & Thinking Types = 5, 6, 7

- We use all types but will have different personality DNA.
